Gwen DaShiell
LCSW-IFS and EMDR Therapist

Gwen DaShiell, LCSW
Anxiety, sadness, loneliness, low self-esteem, self-doubt, distress and difficulty sleeping are indicators that we need support. I am passionate about helping clients navigate difficult life transitions including grief and loss using these challenges as catalysts for healing and growth. With over 25 years of experience in various therapeutic modalities, I provide client-centered and trauma-responsive therapy grounded in compassion and empathy leading to greater emotional regulation, self-trust, deeper relational security and embodiment (feeling more at home in one’s body).
I utilize Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), compassionate inquiry, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR to facilitate healing. My approach empowers clients to reconnect with their inner wisdom and experience inner peace.
My Approach
Online Therapy for clients in California (LCSW 76387) or Colorado (LCSW 09931511) or Washington (LICSW 70020388).
